Content Reels

  • For fitness creators who have existing video content already on hand.

  • Video Type: We edit workout clips, self recorded captions, scenic view footage, basic subtitle captions, including stock footage. Please be specific in your requests.

  • 6 sec to 1 minute videos edited and delivered.

  • Instagram sourced audio.

  • We deliver most first drafts in 3 to 5 business days depending on the requested quantity and your subscription plan.

  • Revisions in 24-48 hours.

  • Content reels delivered in batches depending on membership plan and requests.

  • Unlimited rounds of revisions.

  • Sourced unlimited stock footage clips.

What we don’t do:

  • Record voiceovers.

  • Record screen-recordings or take screenshots.

  • Independently source other assets (besides music or motion graphics presets).

  • We do not do animation.

  • Excessive, super complex custom captions and animated graphics.

  • Raw footage submissions of over 50 GB. Use proxies if you are uploading more than 200 GB.

  • Videos needing custom animated subtitling.

  • Complex or a high number of revisions notes.

  • Submitting un-proxied 4k, 6k, or 8k footage.

  • Unclear, incomplete, or open-ended instructions - be specific.

  • Complex edits requiring high levels of fine-tuning/detail.

  • Sending additional video notes/assets to us instead of leaving them directly in the video revision tool.

Some other important things to know:

  • If a stock footage clip can not be sourced in our paid library, we are not responsible for sourcing it elsewhere.

  • If you submit via Dropbox, we suggest all sub-folders containing footage and assets should be put inside a single "root" folder. Links are to be shared in your Trello dashboard.

  • We understand that you have deadlines to meet, so we try our best to fulfill all requests in a timely fashion. Please plan accordingly to avoid a scenario in which we aren’t able to complete a video in time for your deadline.

  • After 45 days of no editing activity on an order, Dek Design Fit reserves the right to delete the files, media, and related assets associated with the order from our servers and storage.

What we don’t do

  • The graphic design subscription does not cover brand logo design or brand identity design. These items remain as a separate offering that requires strategic thinking for companies needing strategic positioning.

  • We don’t do complexed photo manipulation or data spread sheet application design.

  • If a request does not fall in line within our scope of work at initial sign up we will return your money in full.

  • We understand that you have deadlines to meet, so we try our best to fulfill all requests in a timely fashion. Please plan accordingly to avoid a scenario in which we aren’t able to complete a project in time for your deadline.

  • Brand identity deliverable items is solely apart of the brand package you selected. Brand identity design items are not covered in the design subscription.
